I have submitted my application on 20th. July, 2018. I have got my PPR on 5th. June,2019 , but this PPR declined with a reason that my medical has expired on 26th.April , 2019. IRCC send fresh medical test on 6th.July ,2019 & It was done on 10th. July ,2019. My medical was cleared on 15th.July,2019. But till today IRCC did not send any information or query. My question is whether IRCC will start my background check again or they will issue a fresh PPR?
