Hi Everyone

wondering if some one can advice , applied for my parents visitor visa on 12 Nov -2019.
on Sunday 05-January received email only for my father to submit passport hasnt received any information regarding my mother visa status .

Normally there is a few days gap for processing family applications. Either the principal or secondary applicant gets processed first. Just wait.

I'm not sure what is the ideal number of days. I just notice from what I read in this forum that some applications are not processed together. A common example is getting the Biometrics. Since it is required, it leads to either the primary or secondary applicant gets processed the visa first.
