Hi Senior,
I received yesterday letter from CHC-London that inform me my file is close and they will refund my money during 6 months but they did not mention about my documents like certificates and others, Although I requested in my withdraw letter?

Now,
Is it exactly 6 months to refund my money??
What about my document? I should write again and remind them about it or wait for next letter?
How much they will detect from (1400 Cad) and how I can exchange it?

Depends! you can never say the right time. They use regular mail post to send the cheque.
What about my document? I should write again and remind them about it or wait for next letter?
I am 99% sure that they would return your documents along with your refund
How much they will detect from (1400 Cad) and how I can exchange it?
Deposit it in your bank account, they will change it for you
