Re: Letter of Explanation
In order to explain a few details in the profile of the main applicant, Mr. Guy XXX (hereinafter: “Guy”), and his wife Mrs. Jane XXX (hereinafter: “Jane”) and their respective uploaded files, please see the following points:
1) Personal History Form (Guy) – Guy’s Personal History Form can only include 30 destinations, and so the following destinations are missing:
- From February 16th, 2009 and until July 8th, 2009. Country of visit: United States of America. City/town or region of visit: East Coast. Purpose of travel: Tourism.
- From June 21st, 2008 and until August 25h, 2008. Country of visit: United States of America. City/town or region of visit: XXX. Purpose of travel: Youth Counselor.
2) Proof of Funds: a few documents were uploaded to the proof of funds sections, please see the following for clarification:
- Summary: Guy hold NIS XXXXX in his private bank account; NIS XXXXX in his shared bank account with Jane; USD 46,962.028 in his AAA deposit; and three sums totaling in NIS 190,577 in his BBB deposit – all sums are liquid and available for immediate use.
- Guy have indicated that he holds a sum of CAD 17,000 as per his main bank account (transcripts of his bank account representing a total of NIS XXXXXX, which are approximately CAD 17,450 were uploaded). The sum of NIS 36,000 was transferred to Guy by his father as a gift, as indicated by the attached Gift Deed.
- In addition, please note that my Guy and Jane currently hold a shared bank account, with a total aggregated sum of NIS XXXXXX.
- Moreover, Guy has uploaded two sets of documents relating to certain liquid provident funds sums (time deposits) that he may withdraw at any time:
AAA Provident Funds Ltd. – consisting 3 documents:
1) A signed formal letter indicating the deposit’s total aggregated amount of USD 46,962.028;
2) The Q3 Quarterly Report 2016 indicating the sum as “Funds balance eligible for a single withdrawal”; and
3) Balance Report indicating the liquidity date of the sum: April 24th, 2002.
BBB Pension and Provident Fund Ltd. - consisting 2 documents:
1) Balance Sheets indicating the liquidity dates of the sums: July 20th 2008 for the NIS 67,062 amount, December 1st 2008 for the NIS 77,479 amount, and September 1st 2002 for the NIS 46,036 amount, totaling in aggregated amount of NIS 190,577 (approximately CAD 66,490); and
2) the Q3 Quarterly Report 2016 indicating two sums (of NIS 66,075 and NIS 81,495) as “Funds balance eligible for a single withdrawal”. Please note that while the balance sheet indicates the amount and liquidity date of the NIS 46,036 amount, there is no quarterly report for said amount since there are no quarterly reports issued for sums under NIS 50,000.
- Please also note that the reason for the minor changes in the sums is that the quarterly reports are as of Dec. 31st, 2016, and balance sheets and reports are from 2017.
3) Proof of Relations – 3 documents were uploaded: Guy’s birth certificate, his mother’s birth certificate and his uncle’s birth certificate, all indicating the his mother and his uncle are siblings.
4) Education (Guy and Jane) – attached to this Letter please find a certified translation of Guy’s and Jane's high school diploma and transcripts (named Matriculation Certificate).

Sincerely Yours,
Guy XXXXX
