so guys finally I ave completed my landing @ rainbow bridge ;D
it was not fun filled experience as some members experienced here
reason: weather and long waiting time

PART 1
ok so i walk across the bridge to te us side and the first thing officer said after asking m purpose of visit was ''wait ... I am going to give you a refusal paper'' I was shocked and ...he quickly walked and took the paper..ten I asked will it have a bad effect on my future us visa application? ( MY VISA EXPIRING SOON) ..he said not at all...but i was scared because he then scanned my passport and was gona fill the info on the paper...then I said '' Sir pls I want the I94 form because my friend told its better to get that instead''..he again insisted..to get the admin refusal paper...he said '' its free., you dont need to pay $6...and you are not alone ..some 20 odd people got it today itself''....but..I said money no problem and then again I requested for the I94.>> this time he agreed to issue one..is this normal or happened only to me ..inspite of having a valid visa..they want to give you that paper?. I am also bit worried as he issued a I94 for 6 month and which is way longer than the validity of my visa...is it a mistake or is it normal.?? .pls someone clarify as I am very worried...I want all the visa things neat and clean .btw I gave my I94 to the Canadian officer.

PART 2

i cross the bridge and enter Canada...the officer ask me if I tried inland landing...I said '' yes I did call tem but its a long wait'' ...then te officer said its going to be a long wait because there are many people to land.. I said'' no problem''

she then give me the yellow paper and directs me toward the other office...there was indeed a lot of people waiting....so I had to wait for 2 hours until I was called...ten everything was usual until I noticed something..on my copr when the officer asked me to sign , the date looked like 6/4 ( the one officer wrote)...but when I asked ,officer told its 7/4...so I sign and everything...receive my pp..and then I wanted to check the stamp....then I notice the stamp was 6/4/2014..I go back and the vo said it souldn't be problem...but I said can you correct it..ten the vo corrected it by pen..I am kinda worried about this too...is it ok to be corrected with pen? pls someone clarify..

PART 3

Its the bloody rain..since I took a bus , I had to walk for 20 min in rain and on my way back from the station to home too...

so all in all...it was good..but the rain spoiled the fun....I am happy I am finally done with this :P...now have to wait for the card.. :(

pls answer the highlighted stuffs

I can only comment on the US Visa validity and I-94:
the date on your visa (valid until) is the last date you can use the visa to enter the US. I assume you have a B1/B2, so the maximum he can give you is 6 months. Doesn't matter if it's beyond the visa validity.

Yeah long wait time n rain might have spoiled ur fun ... but be happy and start ur new journey as PR holder. Congrats.

ok guys i just checked my copr..and like I thought..its a bit messed up
on top where it says became PR on : vo put 7/4/14
but down where vo has to sign and write the date..its written 6/4
underneath that I SIGNED AND DATED 7/4

OMG i am really worried now..pls someone help..will this be a problem..I didn't c it that time..

Dont' worry. It shouldn't be an issue at all. The computer system will show up as 7 anyways so the 6th is only on pieces of paper, which won't matter once you get your pr card anyways.

r u sure bro? what about wrong entry dates(original & last)??
I'm not sure, but If the officer didn't think it was a big deal and if ECAS updates to show the 7th, then I wouldn't be worried. And even if it was wrong, what will the outcome be? Nothing. I don't think anyone will say two years down the line, the date is wrong (they wouldn't even know) and tell you that you can't get the citizenship.
