Re: My Interview Experience @ Buffalo

I always said if I had a choice I would have married a Nice Jewish Podiatrist from Long Island.

My partner is 12 years older than me and I wondered if they would take extra long. Glad there is hope.

Good luck to the two of you in Canada.

Re: My Interview Experience @ Buffalo

Scientific Research says, Happiness of couples greatly depends on having kids.

Are couples happier or unhappier with kids?

Re: My Interview Experience @ Buffalo

it depends, but having kids and getting happy is an ancient thing and this is how population has grown up to this number. happiness is not what we think, it also depends on some others. I'd still say, I love people who are not vindictive, as long as they are good men, they are my friends...

Stay like what exactly? Are you asking if they adopt a child that they will no longer stay gay? ??? I’m sorry if people think I’m over reacting, but come on! Should we really be putting up with people prying into the others personal lives? I think not.
west2east i loved your story an hope you both spend a lifetime making happy memories. Please do not dignify jnathan questions with an answer.

Really? How happy my husband and I will be depends on having kids? Suppose we both agree he's added enough to the gene pool on his own and the two of us together won't be having any? Does that mean we are doomed to less happiness than couples with kids?

Beware of "Science" and its opinions. Not too long ago, "Science" was fairly sure Earth was flat.

Your questions border on invasively rude, however well-intentioned they may be. Quit while you're ahead. I'm just sayin'.

Re: My Interview Experience @ Buffalo

Mandy, u r not overreacting :) and Charlie loooooool the flat Earth thing really made me laugh ;)

jnathan, maybe u did not intend any harm with your questions but remember that u r on an immigration forum, so share ur immigration experience, knowledge and issues; there are plenty of other forums about social stuff, human rights, etc and u could debate and ask specific these questions there!

Re: My Interview Experience @ Buffalo

I believe that there are plenty of reasons to say that couples who dont take/ cant have children dont contribute to anything for evolution for this world. Couples with no kids/ infertile couples live a life of death. They are always sad with seeing other parents taking their kids from to the school, taking them to tours, having fun with them. in Modern days, Science always carried out surveys/scientific analysis and eventually released the results based on facts.

This thread starter is a good person for sure and he expressed his wish for happiness in his life and hence I brought forward all these things into the discussion. I got no intention on anyone's personal choice but I think there are problems in human brains and minds those can always be cured with proper medical care.

Many of us dont go to Psychologists in our whole lifetime comparing to the number of times we go to the physicians.

We might have disturbances in our minds but we cant feel that way that it needs scientific research and resolution.

There are certain differences that could keep us happy for a certain amount of time but not for too long.

Good Luck !

Hi jnathan, not to be rude but please start a new thread of your own if you want to discuss about evolution, science, happiness, etc. I started this thread to inspire & to bring hope back to other people on the same category (Family Class) and not to someone who is in the Federal Skilled Worker category, just like yourself. Thanks.

To others, thanks for loving our story and wishing you all a positive response with your application soon, sooner will be better :)
