My husband's sponsorship is approved and he intended to land Vancouver before. What if he has got a job in Montreal now, is he eligible to work in Quebec? Thanks for your advice

If he attempts to land at any Port of Entry, and he gives the CBSA officer any indication that he will settle in Quebec, his landing will be denied until he obtains a CSQ. If he has already become a Permanent Resident, yes, he can go to Quebec to settle and work.

Sorry, what CSQ is? Once he lands, and wait until he got the PR card, it means that he is a permanent resident ? Thanks for your advice.
