Hi there! I am currently on a Canadian Student Visa. I have been in Canada for 1 year so far, and have 1 year left on my visa. During my time here, Ive gotten married and decided I want to become a PR under the family sponsorship class. My husband and I have already filled out all of the forms needed, however when I am trying to apply online, it is giving me no option to submit my application or even pay for it. It is only giving me the three options to apply for a PR (express entry, IEC, IFHP) and not any type of family sponsorship. How do I apply for this? All I need to do is pay for it and mail my application, then upload it online. How do i do this? am I doing something wrong? please help!

It needs to be physically mailed. You pay online and save your receipt and include it with the application. I used a lawyer so i cant give in full detail what to do but there are online resources on cic site that outline it well.
