My hearing cancelled in montreal

Hi everyone
Please I need a help and a hop
I arrived to montreal with my two kids on 5 of April ( we cross the board from us )
My hearing date was 31.of May but it has been cancelled one week before the hearing date and the resion was the scaning not yet finished and they give me deadline on Oct 2017 ( 6months from entery) but I can't sleep my question it really will take to Oct or it might be before that
2. In the montreal if they accept me what is the time line to get thr PR

Hi there,

If you are from the expedited countries such as Syria, Iraq, Egypt, etc. They could accept you without hearing or yes it can take a long time to book another hearing date for you. Do you have a lawyer? Make sure you update your address with IRB for any further correspondence.
You need to relax the process of becoming a refugee takes time.
