My GCMS format

Hi guys,

I had applied for CAIPS/GCMS on 1st July & received on 30th July.

Overall it seems to be fine but want to share my GCMS format. Its in PDF format having 38 pages with lots of details (some of them are irrelevant also from my side)

I have not seen any SELDEC 4 or 1 at any place.

Please find the details by Page no as below:-

Page 1 - Application details such as date of creation of file, in process date, Destination,etc
Page 2 - Details of Finance, Assessment , Paper File, Application assignment
Page 3 – MI Criteria, Client details,
Page 4 – HIRV which includes Criminal , medical : in progress, Country of birth , Country of Residence,etc
Page 5 to 9 – Family members details
Page 10 – Eligibility Assessment, Selection ( assessment of points – 67 points)
Page 11 – IELTS points, Spouse points awarded, Eligibility Assessment 2 status : met
Page 12 – Admissibility – Security 1 status : not started ( for myself)
Page 13 – Security 2 Status : not started ( for spouse) , Criminality status : not started (for myself)
Page 14 - Criminality status : not started (for spouse)
Page 15,16 & 17– Medical 1 : in Progress ( for spouse), Medical 2 & 3 : in Progress (for Kids) AND Medical 4 : in progress (for myself)
Page 18 to 20– Correspondences – Outgoing 1 (for myself), Outgoing 2 to 4 ( for family members) (Document Type : Medical Report )
Page 21 - Outgoing 5 – details of 1st AOR sent
Page 22 – Outgoing 6 – Application transferred to London Office

Page 23 to 24
Incoming 1 – details of 1st AOR & full documents received ,
Incoming 2 – inquiry made by applicant
Incoming 3 – Inquiry received from London office
Incoming 4 – Email received from London Office regarding status of application
Reminded VO of Rolled Out Date for LON-DEC

Page 25,26 & 27– Fees payments details for applicants, spouse, kids

Page 28,29,30 – History of Application ( Application 1, Application 2 to Application 11) showing field name such as Eligibility, Medical, Criminality,
Primary office,etc

Page 31 to 34
Activity1 (for myself) , Activity 2 , 3, 4 for family members ( All Sub Activity – Medical)
Activity 5 – Sub Activity: Selection , status : passed,
It's a long list of Activity till 16 which includes, criminality, selection, medical, etc

Page 35 – Paper File 1 (CIO application details), Paper file 2 ( London Office file)

Page 36 to 38 – Note 1 to 7 by VO (Outstanding : Meds, RPRF, x2 PCC

My gcms is of similar format like yours. Seldec 1 to 4 is not applicable to us as and you will find in caips notes and not in gcms notes.
Check the Eligibility Section there will will find something like below
Eligibility Assessment
Created Date xxxxx
Created By xxxxx
UCI xxxxxx
Family Name xxx
Given Name xxxx
Type: SELECTION
Status: Passed
Status updated by: (In my file this is the visa officer who last updated my file and commented in the Notes Section)
Status Date: xx-xx-xx(In my file its the in process date)

Can you tell me if you find any bfd date in your file or anything written in the Notes section with which you can determine when they will send the medical request. thnx

Have they transferred the file to ECU/ECD and asked for updated POF/PCC, medicals, passports???

I can't see ECU or ECD on any page.

@ end in notes, it is given - outstanding - medical, rprf, X2 PCC.

My visa office is London.
