You should write your name in English as well as in your native Nigerian language script.

You should write your name in URHOBO language, whatever way it is written (native script). The name remains the same, just the script become native.

i think he means that the URHOBO script uses same Latin letters as English so there is no difference between his name in English and in URHOBO.

Windtunnel is right cos ur name is already in urhobo, just write N/A

Is this form to be filled by hand or online?

My native language is hindi, so it means that I have to write my name in hindi..?

Yes. You fill other parts, print out the form then write in Hindu. Cheers.

I have the same problem. I am from Ethiopia and filled my name using Amharic characters. But it automatically changed to question mark signs. Anyone, please?
