my fiancee have PR will she be able to sponsor me ?!

Hello I am new here and I do have a lot of questions , I hope to get my questions answered
concerning moving to Canada with my fiancee, I live in Jordan , Amman (Jordanian citizen) , and my fiancee will join me here in July, she is an Ukrainian citizen and have a Canadian PR , we will get married here in Jordan , we want to apply for a PR for me as well so we can both move to Canada in two years time because she should reside in Canada at least two years for her not to lose her PR , we are both students in universities and about to graduate in the same time (August) my question is whether she will be able to sponsor me since she haven't worked yet in Canada and she doesn't have income ?, also that she got her PR very recent ?, and is it possible for us to stay in Jordan while the PR application is being processed? or she should reside in Canada meanwhile because she is not a citizen yet but a PR holder ? and how much time does the process take until I get an answer for my application ?

There's no minimum income to spousal sponsorship.
She can sponsor you being a PR card holder.
I don't know for sure if you both can stay outside Canada when they start processing.
The time depends on your visa office.

I believe PR's can only apply to sponsor from within Canada

She can't sponsor you unless she lives in Canada for the whole of the application process duration. Only citizens can sponsor while living abroad.
