My family members return homeland without PR obligation met

Dears I entered Canada with my family and we dont met pPR 730 days obligation. We are not reported to IRCC. I will not leave Canada within 2 years and after that will apply to PR renewal. I want to know what may be happen if my son and wife will leave Canada? My questions below:
1. May this affect to my PR renewal process?
2. May this affect to my Canada passport pocess?
3. If I will get passport, will my son also get passport?

If your son wants to become a Canadian citizen he should remain in Canada and become compliant with his RO.
