I went to Delhi University to apply for my Transcripts and to my surprise the experience was good. I went to the main Campus at Vishwa Vidaylaya metro station, went to windows no 12, they gave me the form for Transcript which needs to be filled, filled the forms and attached a photo copy of my final Mark sheet (The would need this and they may ask for the original so take it with you) they asked to pay the fee at Cashiers counter which is in other building just about 30 meters from there, The fee for a Degree completed with in last 1o year is Rs. 500 and for Degree completed before 10 yrs is Rs 1000. Paid the fee, where it was stamped by cashier as a proof of fee paid, came back to Window no 12 where they took the form and asked me to come after 15 days.
Will write my experience after 15 days and also for the PCC, which one of my friends have got from local PP office in Delhi and tells me is a smooth process and you get the PCC by 4:30 in evening.
