Hi, I evaluated myself using CRS tool but got disappointing results :'(. Please check my situation and tell if I have any chance of getting the invitation to apply? What are the minimum points required? Also which NOC code would suit me? I am working in a telecommunication sector.

you can still retake ielts to increase your score. so far the lowest crs that was granted ita was 451. there really is no telling how soon it will go lower than 450. however, given that the profile is valid for a year, there's always chance on 2016.

you should be able to tell your own noc, i suggest you read up on the description in the link below. dont leave this decision to other people. just make sure that you can provide proof/documentation that you really have experience in your chosen noc:
