My engineering backlogs

I have 70 backlogs in BE electrical
And 6year of study instead of 4 year

I want to study pg diploma in Canada
I live anand, Gujarat.

Is there anybody who can help me with the process

Okay so. My academic score is not that bad - 6.63
And my ielts score is 6.5 in each.
I complete my engineering in 2020 September.

Most likely it will be refused by the VO. 70 is too many. Good luck though.

What is your explanation for 70 backlogs? It needs to be pretty extraordinary
