My Dad giving me money for POF...Qorax and Seniors plz comment

Hello All,

My dad is giving me money for proof of found.
I had come to know through this forum that such sudden raise of cash in bank statement can raise some points for Immigration office.

I just want your precious and valuable suggestions, that how to handle this situation and make.
Do I need any affidavit or wrriten statement from my dad to submit with bank statement.

Your concern is true over sudden raise of money. But this can be dealt by way of INHERITANCE from your parents.

get the money transferred in your account and get a fixed deposit in the bank. deposit photocopy of the FD to CHC . Tell them the details if they ask. do not do the explanation beforehand. they may not enquire. you can take a gift (any amount) from your father as per IT Laws at least in India and the IT laws should be the same in Pak.
