My CRS score shows zero post submission ->causing Profile Ineligibility

Hi Everyone,

I have a CRS score of 435 and I have all my certificates available. I have completed all my IELTS , WES , 7 years Work Experience in IT details in the profile and submitted.
Once I submit my profile, within 1 day of submission I get the Profile Ineligible Mail from the Immigration.
Upon further investigation, I realized that it is not even taking my age into account and shows a CRS score of Zero.

You've answered one or more questions incorrectly somewhere. Without knowing what you answered to each question, it's difficult to know what the problem is.

Ur work experience is canadian or non canadian?

Oh okay , Is it advisable to submit the profile multiple times ? I ll try it again once ?

Well first of all, under which Express Entry stream you had applied for?( CEC, FSW etc.) If you don’t have at least an year of valid Canadian Work experience and applied under CEC category then that must be the problem. Because, there hasn’t been any eligible general draw with your score happened recently. What it’s worth I think you accidentally applied for the wrong immigration stream, though I don’t know your ITA or AOR date it would be better if your share those information for further responses regarding your query.
