My CRS score is zero

Hi All,

I submitted the form for express entry on 28th July and i received the messages stating:

We regret to inform you that you are no longer eligible to be in the pool. Check your messages below for details.

Latest update:
Minimum entry criteria - July 28, 2021:You do not meet the minimum entry criteria. Check your messages below for details.

Is it because I have not filled the form properly or something? Or Does it take time to evaluate the same

What is your full profile - ECA, IELTs (each band), age, NOC etc.

You either didn't fill out the form properly (i.e. answered at least one question incorrectly) or you do not qualify.

I didnt do any ECA yet so I clicked no in the form. But i have master degree and my wife has higher secondary edu certificate

my ils scores are L-9 R-9 W-7 S-7
my wife's score are L-6 R-6 W-6 S-7

My 28 wife 27

my NOC-2171 application analyst
Wife NOC-sales associates so 6454 something.
