my consultants will mail to chc on 2nd aug 2010 regarding delay of visa status

now it's been 6 weeks , but still i don't get any response from visa office, now my consultants will mail to cgc chandigarh regarding delay of my file , i still have to undergo for my medicals , classes will start on 7 sep 2010 , so it's one month remaining , if they give me response in next week , then the next step of medicals and visa stamping will also take 15-20 days , so hope i will get the call next week after a mail to cgc
 
ya u should.... dude its vry hard to wait for so long!!!
 
OMG @harmanmeet if you havent got the response then how can v expect a response in nearby future... I just dont know what CHC is doin'??????

i submitted my file on 12 July 2010.. and till now no response... dnt know what will happen.. it was the 15th working day and today also i recieved no call or response from CHC and i am gonna wait till next weeks wednesday and then i am gonna visit VFS and mail CHC.. my classes will also be starting on 7th sept.. but the orientation is on 30th august! oh GOD!!! plz help.. .. :( ..

i hav applied under University category.....without medicals..... i am gettin nervous!! no response till now DAMN!!!!!
 
Today was the 20th working day for me. I went to the VFS at 2.30 to enquire. The person there said we have no idea about student cases, it could take 30 or 40 days too.
 
yesterday i emailed to CHC and wroye that i haven't get any response even not of medical and 15 working days have gone....they replied me today....and they mention my "FILE NO.." on top of the email....and worte

DEAR CLIENT
your file is in process...and thanks for ur patient..and no further action is required by u at this time..and bla bla...

ok so i have questions to all of u,

as embessy has issued me the file no then it means that i have sent them the complete documents and they don't require any thing else and they r now just reviewing my file ?

now as they replied my query, then is there any possibility that i will get medical call from them soon ?

i m not the visa officer dude
but still i hope u will get the medical call next week and hope that u will get visa
i m too waiting for the response , 40 days has gone , now it's the 7th week from coming monday and i hope i will get the medical call next week and visa too
 
its been 5 weeks for me :( im from the caribbean this SUCKS! i need to be in canada by end of aug.. im gettin really worried! :(
 
I submitted my documents on May 6,2010 and it is still under processing. I emailed them and they just say they need to review further..this is really frustrating :(

@least they reply ur emails bro! In trinidad office they dont even reply!!! :(
