I applied for the cips isp certification since last Jun. And I have given a tracking number.

Today, my tracking number disappeared from the list in the below link.

What does that mean?

What's your tracking number?
One possible reason could be - they have issued you a certification.
Have you contacted them?

I contacted them, the reason was that they haven't yet received my WES CxC assessment report by that time. Now, it is received and it is back.
