My cic - error in downloading the request letter

Today the CIC send me a letter on my CIC portal but I am unable to open it.
It shows the following error:

This page isn’t working
onlineservices-servicesenligne.cic.gc.ca sent an invalid response.

ERR_RESPONSE_HEADERS_MULTIPLE_CONTENT_DISPOSITION
