this is the second scenario;
i had 3 children with him and 2 of them had my surname on their birth cert. but during their schooling and when i filed their names when i entered canada i did used their father's surname. Right now my mom having a difficulties how to change their surname on their Birth cert. because their father is now working also here in manitoba canada.my question are'
*Does it possible could affect my application for P.R if i decided to retain my surname with them? what should i need to do to correct my lapses?
