My chances to get a Job in Canada after getting my PR done

Hi,

I wanted to know my chances to get a job in Canada before land there my PR process is in-progress.
My brief details are,
I have done B.E in computers and have dedicated 3 years of experience with IT company INFOSYS.
I am mainly working on big data - hadoop, Having Good Knowledge on Hadoop, SQOOP, Hive, Architecture of Mapreduce, Hdfs, Spark with scala, Dataframes, SparkSql.
Can you please let me know my chances to get a job there.
