My brother was recently removed from the US to Liberia, Africa and want to migrate to legally Canada by any legal mean possible. He live in the US for 7 years on an over stay Visa and plead guilty to"Interfering with Emergency call" which is a gross misdemeanor and a non US immigration crime. Can he migrate to Canada legally or will this prevent he from ever going to Canada. He can legally re-enter the US after 10 years thou, through his wife who is a US citizen. Thanks
