My boyfriend/sons father is probably getting deported

I'm sorry if this is in the wrong place, I haven't used this forum before & couldn't find a better place

My boyfriend has been in jail for a while now & is most likely getting deported. We will know for sure on June 23

I was wondering if anyone knows if I will before able to visit him before he leaves? In person, not through glass. He's never even held our son. I would like to hug him before I never see him again
