My application returned, I need your help!

I have some question about 'Incomplete application'.



I applied 'Adult grant for Canadian citizenship' in Apr, 2018 and my application returned back to me on Jun 12, 2018. It returned to me because I did not tick one section I supposed to. I will resubmit application and there is questions:

1. Can I tick the section I missed in original application form with a pen?
2. Should I make new payment?

So, basically I want to send original application after make the tick with a pen. Is it okay?

It happened to me twice. They send a letter/note with instructions to follow. If nothing has been sent then you need to tick the box and resend. In case you have slight doubt, call IRCC first and ask them. I followed all three steps mentioned.
