Hi All,

i got an ITA by March 20th and submitted my PR application on April 13th. On May 24th, I got an email from IRCC that they are returning my application due to some overlapping information (Guess they are saying Notary sign stamp issue not clear/overlap) in PCC & MCC. So, we took another scan of MCC & PCC with clear sign & stamp and raised a web form submitting that. They should have asked for ADR if not clear but they returned my application with the refund of VISA charges. Now again I need to wait for ITA and re-submit as they haven't responded for Web form till now. After this july, my CRS will drop to 447 from 452 is another challenge. My consultants are saying this is a technical error and very rare case of application return due to this reason. Please suggest any alternative ways to contact them.

How do you know what the reason was? What did IRCC say exactly?

Also, there's nothing much you can do now if the application has already been returned, unless IRCC made a clear error. You will have to reapply with a new ITA.

Have you actually checked all the documents yourself? Or are you relying on your consultant?

Thanks for the quick reply. I will get the exact comment by IRCC as it's owned by consultant. We checked all the documents by ourselves before submitting it and we take control as well and not leaving to consultant completely. If it's an IRCC error what is the procedure. Will they reaccept the application through web form or reapplying through ITA is an only option.

If it's an IRCC error you can resubmit through the webform and ask them to reopen the case. They may, or they may not.

The chances of this being an IRCC error are very very low. It's more likely that something was not quite right with your submission. Ask your consultant to send you a copy of IRCC's letter.

Ok understood. I will definitely go and relook the error. Thank you so much for your quick support. I will get back with the error details for more understanding.
