my application is returned due to missing document

Happy New Year!

I just received my application being returned by CIO due to missing document. I'd like to know if I want to reapply, should I redo all other documents which have been punched round holes by CIO, or I just need to send the original punched documents with old dated signature, plus the missing one. Thanks a lot.

How did you apply for PR? When your entire application is returned to you it's like you never applied and have to start again from scratch. Is the program you applied under still accepting new applications?

Thanks for the reply. I applied under Quebec Skilled worker program and I submitted with my CSQ. The program is still open.
