my application for visitors visa is waiting

unfortunately my aplication has not been completed since 21.09.2018 (ten days passed).It was surprised me because I remember my previous aplication was completed within one week.

How long is the processing time on the CIC website? Processing times change all the time. It is not necessarily a bad sign.

I checked the processing times and it says it takes 17 days for visitor visa applications from Turkey. So, it is not too long.

sorry I waited 18 days but there are no news about passport what can I do ?
