My Application Denied.....Help me

My application has refused because the NOC codes: 2174 and 2173 not under instructions identified by the minister of citizenship. Can you reply with application or how proceed on this....please help me....!!

If you don't have 1 years experience in the past 10 in one of the jobs on the "list" nor worked in Canada or an AEO from an employer, you don't qualify for Skilled worker under the federal program. You can look at PNP programs in the various provinces, but most you require a job.

Yes I can understand what you are saying...but my job responsibilites meet with 0213 after 3 months (As a team lead i have 9 months experience). So can I reapply...!!

I can suggest you to reapply after 1 year or PNP

Also keep looking for any change in rules

Nothing to worry..just a year time will go like this..

Can I reapply after 3 months? bocz my Lead experience after 3 months, I can claim 1 year (0123) Manager experience right?

Same thing has happened with me, I applied in Sept 2008 before new NOC codes was released, and though I am Lead from 1+ I didn't selected manager NOC code(no body knew engineers will be removed). Anyways I have got letter from CIC saying my application is denied so I am applying for Alberta PNP.

What did you fill for the past 9 months in the application which you got reject recenty?

If you filled as lead role (as you try to show after 3 months) and it matches with 0213, you can apply after 3 months. Coz, I am afraid that they may have your information by now.

If you did not break it for post 9 months in your previous application, better to wait for 1 year or apply for PNP as other guy did.

It is disappointing to receive a rejection letter. Hope you get positive result if you apply next time.

By the way, When did you apply ? will they return your fee ? If yes, when ? Pls let us know.
