My work permit is expiring in june, but on my work permit under “CONDITIONS”, it says must leave canada by 2021.01.20.
I believe it is a typo or something.

That's normal... It means that before it expires if you don't apply for an extension or change status before it expires, you will have to leave on that date... Just make sure to extend it before it expires.
