Must i include part time work in work history:: OINP MASTERS AND PR APPLICATION

I am prospective applicant of oinp masters stream

I have worked off campus part time general labour through SIN while pursuing my Masters.

While applying my work permit or visa i didnt mentioned this work in employment section while filling application for Work permit.

Must i include this work in the personal and work history column in OINP MASTERS and later for PR application.

It is ok to declare your work experience now. It's still better than CIC discover it.
