My parents (late 50's) arrived in May2011 on Multiple visa to Canada from New Delhi. They visited US for 3months to see my brothers family & while returning back to Canada ; one of the visa officer humiliated my parents & said you people abuse the system; Further he said, he is stamping only bcz of they are having multiple visa to Canada & put a huge notes on their file; Said that do not stamp next time - if they come from USA. At this stage, we would like to apply extension/super visa ... can any one advise does the notes make stopping them to get extension of VISA? Their PR application is process last 3yrs.
