In the checklist, it request multiple passport/travel documents. Would that include Canadian visas/permits?

My wife and I are currently masters students in Canada, I've included that in my profile, however the checklist doesn't ask for anything in that regards. Not even admission letter or good standing letter. What should I do?

You have to submit the documents for the things which you are claiming points. As long as you are a student here, the documents related to that doesnt make any difference in your points and hence no need to upload them.

But why does my checklist ask for "Multiple Passport/Travel Doc"?

Its common for all applicants I believe. You just have to upload the pages of your valid passport which has visa/stamps/any markings on it. And if you have multiple passports (like old expired one), better to upload its used pages too.
