Hi. I am very confused. I will be so grateful if someone can help me out. I joined this multinational company in March 2017. As part of their rotational induction program I was sent to 2 different departments of the company for the first year. So I had 6 months of experience in each of these departments. The job discription for each of the departments was very different and falls under different NOCs. Then after the first year I worked in one single department for about 1 year 4 months (falls under NOC 2263), my primary NOC, before being transferred to another department where I'm working till now but again in a completely unrelated area as my previous department (falls under NOC 4162). All together I have 3 years and 3 months of experience which I want to claim to get 467 points. If I only claim 2 years worth of experience excluding the 1st year when I was on the rotational program then I'll only be able to claim 449 points which are not enough to get an invite. However, I am concerned if having this many unrelated NOCs is okay or not. Also, I'll have to get reference letters from my line managers in each of these departments separately which is a little difficult since I'll have to approach, convince and then keep a follow up from 4 different people to make the letters as per CIC format. My HR department doesnt include JDs in the reference letter as per their policy therefore I can't simply get a single letter mentioning all the different departments I worked at. Also, I have already submitted my Express entry profile with only one NOC (2263) for the entire 3 years. Do I need to now withdraw my application and put another one in to add all the different NOCs or just update this one?

I am so confused, disappointed and distressed. Please if anyone has any insight on this I would really appreciate it.
