How do I list periods with more than one job at a time the right way? I started at the top with the first one of the eligibility period and worked my way down to current, adding the overlapping ones like so:

...
2014-06 to 2016-05
2016-01 to 2016-04
2016-03 to 2016-03
2016-05 to current

Overlapping is fine but list it very carefully without mistakes. Also see to it the employers have send a ROE across or tell them to send it as soon as possible.

A record of employment? I assume this was done because it all showed up when I did my taxes?

For taxes you must have got T4 and ROE is something different. Just open a service Canada online account , login and here you can see which all employers have issued a ROE .

You have to start with your current job and go back. Overlapping is not a problem. In my case I just attached a letter saying (Some periods are overlapping others. I've had multiple jobs on those periods). That was it. No questions. BTW I'm already a citizen

Good point with the order but I wonder if that really matters? I was starting to change it when I realised that the table for the tax stuff underneath is bigger now. I would have to reprint and sign again the whole application. I signed it 2 weeks ago while a lawyer looked over my shoulder. I don't want to reprint everything and sign again with a date in the past. I feel all this creates for problems than just having the dates starting the other way around.

The document checklist does not require ROE... do you mean we need ROE from all the previous employers to attach with the citizenship application. I was wondering if providing phone and email contacts of employers is enough for them to verify employment history. please clarify the purpose of ROE in relation to the citizenship application

@attiya I was reading somewhere that CIC looks at ROEs the government received to validate an applicants entries in the employment section (not saying that anybody is required to attach them to the application). I just read that they check this somewhere in the forum. Hence I looked into the My Service Canada account and noticed that 2 of my past employers didn't send ROEs and I was wondering if that could be a problem.
