Hello!

Here's my situation. I came to Canada to study for less 6 months (from apr 5th to sept 19th), I have a multiple entry V-1 visa and expires on december 31st...I wanted to stay one or two more months, without study only for vacation...Is that possible? I've been reading many topics, forums and answers, and they say that I can only stay for 6 months at a time. If this is true, then going to USA could "reset" that time and stay after september, or I need to go back to my country? (Mexico)

I hope you can help me. Thank you!

Hi

You can apply online to extend your stay beyond 6 months. You have a good chance of approval if you can show sufficient funds.

You said above you entered April 5th. The stamp is your entry date, AL is April.
