Multiple designations with different noc codes for same employer

I have 4 different positions held in different departments of the same company, with similar but different NOCs.

The company will issue only 1 employment letter with recent NOC code and employment date when i first joined the orginisation. Please advise if i need to enter multiple entries in the work history or just one?
