MSP coverage?

Hi there,

I submitted the PR inland application on April 20,2011 and got the AIP on 10 March 2012. Now is waiting for background and security clearence.
We're living Vancouver and my husband is candanian citizen, do you think I could eligible for MSP coverage?

you know it's better if you will call the MSP,bec.mine I got it after I got my open work permit because at that time I don't have status when we applied for sponsorship..but some they said they did got it earlier too..I got it 6 months before I got my PR..
