MSP bill overdue payment due changing mail address

Hello everyone,

I got a bill on July 2 but I did not get it delivered to me until today 31 July.
Payment due is July 26 so I passed the due date.

Will this affect on my credit report and score and shall this be reported into my credit report? Such information are not available on bc.gov.ca site only intrest 3% if delayed.
