My status changed to "Pending Dept/Faculty Selection" today (from "Hold file for Next Dept Intake"). My admission is being processed for Spring 2021 though.

Did you guys hear back for Winter 2021? What is your current status on the portal?

Worried about the age and study gap.

Age is not a determinant. Your study gap is accounted for, so no problem there. Do you have any less than 6 in your IELTS?

No. 6 or above in all sections. I am applying for course or project route only. That is why I have limited options. Reading from this thread , I think I have a long wait ahead to hear from Regina.

I am Sep 2020 intake student in PBD in AI. I will be graduating in April 2022. I am waiting for my visa outcome. Hopefully I will be travelling in January 2021.

So looks like you decided to join STFX. Congratulations on your admission.
