Sounds like they are still reviewing the PFL response.

Processing for PFLs can take quite a while. Really depends on why you received the PFL

I received a letter recently saying my letter has been sent to an officer for review.... I am scared of getting banned .

Nobody can anticipate what IRCC will do. We don’t even know why you received the PFL.

They raised concern of my celpip reading been 3 but my average is 7 and they also mentioned that I have to worked up to 6 months before applying. I answered them that I was under the impression that the average of 7 is what is been used because i thought celpip works like ielts. I also thought since I have a sister who is a Canadian I can apply ...the application status has moved from information requested to assessment pending and now assessment in process. Overall the eligibility is the problem.

That is a lot of reasons for PFL
1. What is each band for CELPIP? It is not the average.
2. What do you mean work for 6 months before applying?
3. Sister lives in Manitoba to get family points?

If you applied via the SWO route, yes you do need work experience, also they have a band requirement for each noc, what noc did you apply under?
