MPNP SWO pool with 836 points. Any hope for me?

I work as ECE Assistant, which is in the Manitoba demand and is recognized by Provincial licensing in Mantoba. I have completed all licensing requirements yet, I did not get the 100 points for the work experience section that says “recognized by provincial licensing body.” How do I claim those points. If I don’t get the points, is there any hope for LAA with 836 points?

If you read the guidelines is the licensing just not for trades only? Have draw scores been below 836?

The licensing is for any job that is in the Manitoba demand that is regulated by Manitoba Province. Also the last draw was 872 points

So call office and ask for confirmation about licensing body. Maybe they want a specific level.
