Mpnp success rate in A category. (employer direct stream)

I heard a lot about Mpnp refusals in employer direct stream. Like some of my friends in Winnipeg finished their study in Toronto then moved to Winnipeg. But some of the got refusal from Mpnp. Can anybody explain the reasons and share valuable information regarding this...

what was the reason for their refusal? can you shed the details to give a true statement

The reason they gave to them you might leave Manitoba after getting pr.

can u explain what type of reasons they give u for refusal. i also hear some case and the reason was that u will leave manitoba once u
get pr.coz they feel that we studied in onatario so we will go back there.

Hi Vikas Deep and Sameer,

Nice to see an active thread for Empoyer Direct Stream category (I assume its the same that U can apply for MPNP if u r working in MB from last six months and employer has offered u permanent and full time job) correct me if I'm worng.

I've certain queries on the category, I came here in last week of Sep 2012 (completed PGCP fom Toronto in Aug2012)
I got a job in Govt Organization in IT filed (I've 4+ yrs of experience in IT from India)
however my job is Fulltime Term bais (End of Term is Jan 31st 2014) and my PGWP is expiring on Dec 2013.
I don't know whether I can submit appln under the employer stream or I shud ask my employer to submit for my LMO and apply in Canadian Experienced Class category?

Could you please provide some suggestions?

i would suggest u that u should go by employer stream as your past exp is quit gud and current scenario also in your favor. i diam sure u will get pnp.
