MPNP- Still did not received any update for my EOI for MPNP

Hi Guys, It has been almost 10 months, but still did not received any update regarding my EOI for Manitoba PNP.
Kindly advice if there is anything further update in my profile.

I enter $28000 for 3 persons including my self. is that enough?

Is anybody let me know If I can access my paper base application after submission. Its not in processing yet. But I submitted 6 months ago. I want copy of that. Can I request Ircc for that?
