MPNP Start Taking application 2015 - Is it good to start before. PLS HELP.

Please advise it is better to submit the documents in 1-2 months so that when MPNP begins in 2015 they will pick up the top queued file first.

I understand they will not accept applications after 31st July. But no rules are changing. They just give a temporary pause in MPNP.
So will it be better to start and filling the documents now only to avail the advantage of first come and first serve basis.

Please give your advise. I will be very thankful.

Your question is a bit confusing. Are you asking if you can mail in your MPNP 2015 application in 2014? If that's what you're asking - then no, you absolutely can't. If you try, you can expect your application to be returned to you.

Yes I am asking that. But my immigration agent told me they will not accept which is true - I agree. He said, the file will keep lying but will not be touched or opened by officer. They will start picking up the queued files in Jan 2015 only. Is this can happen??

as per my exploration on internet i got some info regarding immigartion rules for 2015.
rules are gonna have a big change in 2015. in past they used to process files on First come First serve bases
but in 2015 files will be processed on the basis of maximum scoring in point system.it will be like newzealand's
point system.those who have a job offer and having high points will be processed first and then those who have high points.
