MPNP returned docs

Hello guys,

Is there anyone here who had experienced to receive a returned mpnp docs?
I have received a letter yesterday, attached with a letter indicating that I missed 2 forms. But my letter of invitation has expired last Dec 30,2016.
What is that means?

Write a letter to MPNP about issue & requesting a new letter with extension.
Explain mailing delay in receiving the documents & you may get new letter. Good luck.
