MPNP PR with Disabled Child

Hi,
My friend living in Winnipeg is sponsoring me and I am likely to apply for MPNP PR from India. My concern is, my elder son (10 Yr Old) has got Cereberal Palsy and is physically as well as mentally challenged. He does not require any medication or regular treatment but need to be taken care. Should I apply or not? If I apply and the Medical Officer refuses his Immigration; will they refuse immigration of all of us or him only?

I don't have any suggestion.
There is a case was refused because they have a sick child . Canada government concerns they need to offer huge medical expense to this child.
