another question, I am the one processing the online application of my brother, from the Employment History part, the letter reference or certificate should indicate the duties and responsibilities of the employee however, in my brother's case, his Employment certificate only stated the first and last period of employment and no duties & resp and the sad thing about it is, the company already closed its operation. How should i handle this?Is it ok to produce a copy of duties and responsibilities from a simple bondpaper without the company's logo?Please advise
